How old do I have to be, to rent a car from your car rental company?
Drivers over 21 years of age and having a valid licence over a year are welcome. Some Groups require the age of the driver to be minimum 25 years old.

What is NOT included in your prices or Special Offers?
Fuel is not included in any rental (the renter pays for the fuel).
In addition all traffic fines and parking violations are paid by the client (authorized driver)
Can I reserve a specific vehicle model of a group that I desire?
Although our company is not obliged to book a specific brand or model vehicle of a group under your request, we will try our best to deliver the car you have asked for. This matter always depends of the availability and last minute scheduling.
Do I need a credit card to rent a car with Rental Center Crete?
No, there is no need to hold a credit card if you decide to pay the car rental cost upon arrival. Although, you can use a credit card to pay for the rental. To pay in advance you need to hold a credit card (any card with Visa or Mastercard logo on it) and the holder's name need to be registered as a driver.
I have decided to pay at location.With what ways can I pay?
You can always Book & pay at location. Payments at location can be performed either by cash or with any major credit card (like, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX). The credit card's holder must be present for a signature.
How do I make a reservation?
Making a reservation is very simple. There are several ways to do it.
- Online: Visit our reservation page . Proceed the required steps and soon your reservation voucher will be sent to your e-mail box (max: 12 hours)

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Please inform us as soon as possible in case you want to cancel or change the reservation. You could use our contact form or use the contact details at the bottom of the page.
Cancellation is FREE of charge (with a full refund if you have paid in advance) up to 48 hours before picking up your vehicle.
What if I break down? What do I do?
The first thing you have to do is inform our agency. You have to give information about the exact location you are. Our staff will report the break-down to Interamerican Road Assistance (24/7) and somebody will be with you the next few minutes. Our office immediately will do the appropriate actions to change the 'broken' car with another one.

How many drivers can drive the rented car?
Our prices and offers include one person as main driver. One additional driver is also included. There is an option to add other people as a third driver or fourth driver. This option is charged extra for just €2/day.
How will I get to know the person who will be waiting for me?
Our employees will wait for you at the meeting point (customs exit - inside the arrival's hall), will be holding in their hands a banner bearing your name as well as our company's name. Having those clues, you shall go towards him.

What should I do if I get to the meeting point earlier than the pre-arranged time or if your employee is late?
You will have to remain to the meeting point until our employee comes and pick you up, or you can get in touch with our office to give you further instructions.
If my flight of arrival delays, will your employee wait for me to deliver the car?
Of course our employee will wait for you. All our employees are informed at all times for the arrival as well as changes that might occur and they wait for your arrival flight to deliver you the car.
When I pick up the car what do you require from me?
When you pick up your car, you will need to:
(1) Show a valid driving license in english characters.
(2) Show a valid passport or ID card.
(3) Sign the Rental Agreement to accept the standard rental terms and conditions, and the insurances.
