CDW - Full Insurance Against All Risks - No Excess - Customer is fully relieved from the responsibility for any damage. The vehicles are subject to liability and fully comprehensive automobile and property damage insurance.
FDW - Special Full Insurance - No Excess -
which covers damages caused to the underside of the cars, glass, fire, tyres and engine damages.
PL - Public Liability Insurance - No Excess -
up to 500.000 euro for persons and up to 110.000 euro for damaged properties
TP - Theft Protection - No Excess -
in case the car is stolen the customer is relieved from the responsibility. This doesn't cover any stolen belongings of the client.
PAI - Personal Accident Insurance - No Excess -
protects you in the event of accidental death or bodily injury for the duration of the rental. Passengers will also be covered.

By limiting the maximum age of our vehicles to 18 months, we are able to guarantee that you will be delivered a brand new vehicle.
Road Map of Crete / GPS Navigation
We provide a fully detailed Roam Map of Crete without any extra charge. A GPS Navigator is available upon request & availability with the cost of €5 / day
Cleaning, maintainence, oil and greasing.
You will be delivered a clean, perfectly maintained vehicle.



TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTALS (read more -> RENTAL POLICY)

1. Age Requirement

The renter and any associated drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age for all car categories except D1, E, F, F1, G, L ,L1, L2, K1, H, I, J, where the minimum is 25.

2. Driver's License

Drivers must have a valid license held for at least one year. Driving License in characters not readable in English or Greek must be accompanied by an International Driving License.

3. Traffic Fines and Administrative Sanctions

Tickets and appended administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic law during rental period, is solely the renter's responsibility. If any such administrative sanction is not disclosed to the company at the end of the rental period (contract), the violation will be charged to the renter.

4. Fuel

Fuel is always paid by the customer. The customer is obliged to return the car with the same level that he rented. Unleaded type is to be used only. In case you require a prefilled amount of tank you contact us and be arranged.

5. Rental Length

Minimum rental period is 1 day. First hour delay in return is not charged. Next 3 hours are charged at 10 € per hour. Over 4 hours delay one day rate will be charged.

6. Insurance

In the unfortunate event of an accident the nearest police station must be informed and an accident report obtained (also please let the company know immediately). Without this report the renter is responsible for the full amount of the repairs. With this report the renter responsality is eliminated. No unauthorized repairs should be made. For negligent or drunk driving, driving under influence of drugs or on unauthorized roads, driving to prohibited areas/countries, obvious acts of disregards to the vehicle, the renter will be responsible for the full amount of charges. read more about our insurance policy

7. Taxes

All rates include 19% Value Added Tax.

8. Delivery and Collection

Free of charge at all destinations provide through our system. In case you desire a service elsewere you can always contact us. An additional cost may apply. After-hours delivery and collections (22:00 - 07:00) are subject to a 20.00 € charge.

9. Ferrying the car & Across the border rentals

The advance written authorization of our company is required by any renter wishing to ferry the car to and from an island.

10. One Way Rentals

All cars available for one way rentals, provided that such arrangement is made at the commencement of the rental and confirmed on the rental agreement. Our system calculates the cost of each way.

11. Baby seats & Roof Racks

All available upon customer request. 1st babyseat and 1st booster seat are provided free of charge. Any extra of that will cost €2 / day each.
